SMPA POLICY BOOK
The purpose of Board of Directors' Policies is to provide organizational directives concerning the strategic direction and operating procedures of SMPA and to establish internal operating procedures for the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors are aware that Members and Consumers of SMPA have the right to know about its affairs, which include but are not limited to, its finances, goals and objectives. All Board approved policies shall be posted on this website and available for copying at all public offices of SMPA.
