Planned Outages


There are currently four planned power outages:


When: Wednesday, May 27th, 2026
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (appx. 5 hours)

Area Affected: 8 members on Willow Street, in Telluride.

Purpose: To install a new transformer for construction in the area.


When: Thursday, May 28th, 2026
10:00 AM to 11:00 AM (appx. 1 hour)

Area Affected: 8 members near, and including the Conoco / Phillips Station in Telluride.

Purpose: To install new equipment for more reliable service in the area.


When: Tuesday, June 2nd, 2026
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (appx. 4 hours)

Area Affected: 11 members on Motherload Lane, in Ouray.

Purpose: To raise equipment that is buried in sediment due to runoff/sluff.


When: Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (appx. 7 hours)

Area Affected: Appx. 300 members between Trout Lake and Rico.

Purpose: To install protective equipment for safer and more reliable service in the area.
