.....SMPA SEEKS DISTRICT #6 BOARD REPRESENTATIVE REPLACEMENT

......The San Miguel Power Association (SMPA) District #6 Board Representative Position is open. The SMPA Board will fill this position by appointing a member to serve the remainder of the directorship term which ends in the summer of 2026. This position represents members in part of Ouray County including Ridgway and much of Log Hill Village. The replacement director must reside within this district and meet all other qualifications as stipulated in the SMPA Bylaws.

6:00 AM to 11:00 AM (appx. 5 hrs.)

Area Affected: Approximately 765 services in the Town of Silverton.

Purpose: To make critical system upgrades to the Cement Creek substation that serves the area. These upgrades are intended to help improve overall system reliability.
