Automatic Bill Pay

The Automatic Bank Draft Program authorizes SMPA to withdraw funds each month directly from your bank account, saving you both time and postage. Each month a statement will be sent to you with the message "AUTOPAY" and approximately 7-10 days after the billing date, a draft will be made from your designated bank account. Your bank statement will show the date and amount deducted as "SMPA Electric Bill".

To register for the Automatic Bank Draft Program, you may contact our billing department at 970-864-7311 or via email at billing@smpa.com . You may also print the Bank Draft Form    to apply. The form may be mailed or faxed to your local SMPA office.
