I would like to participate in San Miguel Power Association’s “Green Cents” program.

I understand that my utility bill will be rounded-up to the nearest dollar amount automatically with the proceeds going towards local renewable energy and energy efficiency programs.

SMPA rounds up the electric bills of participating customers to the nearest dollar amount. For example, if a bill is $72.71, a customer will pay $73, with the 29 cents going directly to a fund that is allocated for local programs. These efforts will benefit all local communities and the environment.

On average, a customer will contribute $5.94 a year but no more than $11.88 annually. If a customer chooses to discontinue contributions at any time, they may simply contact SMPA and cancel.
